At Ruh, we take pride in delivering products that reflect quality, comfort, and style. Every piece is carefully inspected before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

  • A return request must be placed within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • To initiate a return, customers must share:

    • Clear photographs of the damaged area.

    • A video recorded during unboxing, clearly showing the damage or defect.

  • Please email the photographs and video proof to support@theruh.co.in along with your Order ID and registered contact details.

  • Products without an unboxing video or clear damage proof will not be eligible for return.


Conditions for Return Approval

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact and returned along with the product.

  • The damage or defect is clearly visible and verifiable through the shared photos or video.


Non-Returnable Cases

A return or exchange will not be accepted if:

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery.

  • There is no unboxing video or photographic proof of damage.

  • The product shows signs of use, wear, or alteration.

  • The issue is related to size, fit, or personal preference, as returns are accepted only for genuine defects.


Return Process

  1. Email us at Support@theruh.co.in within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage and order details.

  2. Our support team will review your request and update you on approval via email.

  3. Once approved, we will coordinate the pickup or drop-off process.

  4. After the returned product passes quality inspection at our facility, a replacement or store credit will be issued based on availability.


Important Note

  • Refunds are not applicable. Only replacement or store credit will be provided for approved returns.

  • Store credit (if issued) will be valid for future purchases with Ruh.
